He received a bachelors’ degree in English literature in 1976 and a master’s degree in 1978 from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. He graduated from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL, in 1982. Mr. Haliczer co-founded Haliczer Pettis in 1996 with Eugene K. Pettis, adding Richard B. Schwamm as a partner in 1999.
